Refund Policy – AGC will fully refund your registration fee(s) if you provide an email or other written notice of cancellation to Ms. Rockkie Dunton or Ms. Crystal Yates at AGC of America no later than Friday, August 18, 2017. The email address for Ms. Dunton is firstname.lastname@example.org and the email address for Ms. Yates is email@example.com. After August 18, 2017, registration fees are non-refundable, either in whole or in part.

Shuttle transportation to and from Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) and the hotel is provided for free. Reservations are not required. For more information, call (703) 416-4100. Available from 5-12 am drop off at terminal A, B, C every 15 minutes. Name of shuttle service is DoubleTree Crystal City.

A one-way taxi ride between the DCA airport and hotel is approximately $20. Expect the travel time to be about 15 min.
A one-way taxi ride between IAD airport to the hotel is approximately $60 for 27 miles. Expect the travel time to be about 45 min.
