Online registrants will receive immediate email confirmation. If registering by form, confirmation will be emailed, faxed, or mailed within 72 hours of receipt of payment.
EARLY REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
Registration forms with enclosed payments must be received by 5pm Eastern on December 31, 2015 to be eligible for Early discounted registration rates. Forms and/or payments received beginning January 1, 2016 will be subject to the standard registration rate. If registering after March 5, 2016 please bring completed form and payment to register on-site.
All refund requests must be made in writing and mailed, faxed or emailed to AGC Convention and Meeting Services. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. Full refunds will be granted to requests received by midnight on February 2, 2016. A refund, less $100 for each registrant, will be granted to requests received by midnight from February 2, 2016 – March 1, 2016. No refunds will be granted after March 1, 2016.
