AGC’s 2019 Conference on Surety Bonding and Construction Risk Management is open to all members of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), the Surety Fidelity Association of America (SFAA) and the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP), and to their invited guests.
AGC’s pre-conference meetings are, however, limited to representatives of the construction companies in the AGC family and primarily intended for their in-house lawyers and risk managers. The SFAA’s pre-conference meeting is similarly limited to the members of that association.

Shortly after you complete the registration process, you will receive an email that confirms your registration and provides you with a link to the exclusive portal to the block of rooms that AGC has reserved in the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa. Once that link arrives, you can go online and make your room reservation.
If you are not yet ready to make your reservation, please just be sure to save that email. You will not find the portal to the AGC block on the resort’s web site and you cannot reserve a room in the AGC block over the telephone.
Once you have made your reservation, you can, however, modify or cancel it by going to the resort’s web site and then entering your last name and confirmation number.
What’s Included in the Registration Fees
In addition to all of the business sessions and breaks, your conference fee includes the reception on Monday evening, breakfast and lunch on the following Tuesday, the reception on Tuesday evening, and breakfast on Wednesday morning. It also entitles you to bring a registered spouse/guest with you to either or both of the receptions.
The separate registration fee for AGC’s pre-conference meetings similarly includes a reception on Sunday evening and both breakfast and lunch on the day of the meetings. That fee also entitles you to bring a registered spouse/guest with you to Sunday’s reception.
If you need to cancel your registration, and wish to qualify for a refund, please note that you will need to provide an email or other written notice of cancellation to Ms. Rockkie Dunton or Ms. Crystal Yates at AGC of America no later than Friday, January 11, 2019. After January 11, your registration fee(s) will be non-refundable, either in whole or in part.
