CANCELLATION POLICY

AGC will fully refund your registration fee(s) if you provide an email or other written notice of cancellation to Ms. Rockkie Dunton at AGC of America no later than Wednesday, December 5, 2018.  The email address for Ms. Dunton is duntonr@agc.org.  After December 5, 2018, registration fees are non-refundable, either in whole or in part. If you want to substitute another individual to attend in your place, you will need to provide an email or other written notice of substitution to Ms. Dunton no later than Wednesday, January 2, 2019. After January 2, you will not be permitted to substitute.
