Jack has more than twenty years of experience with education and leadership development. He has served as the Director of Learning and Development for the third largest Native American Tribe in the United States where he oversaw a staff of fifteen people and offered over 6,000 training courses per year. He was recognized as a Finalist for Teacher of the Year by the American Hotel & Lodging Association, received the Association for Continuing Higher Education (ACHE) For-Credit Program Award for his work on Choctaw University, and was awarded Oklahoma Association of Career and Technical Education New Professional Award. As a product of Career and Technical Education, Jack is passionate about helping all people achieve their goals. He grew up in poverty, divorce, living in rural America and understands the importance of education and goal setting. He holds several certifications including an Oklahoma Teaching Certificate in Trade and Industrial Education. Jack holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching, Learning, and Leadership.

Lisa Howie brings more than thirty years of experience in working with corporate and tribal governance.  She has been a Branch Manager for a large regional bank, worked as Director of Training for Casino Operations, and most recently works as a Senior Project Manager for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma’s Commerce Division.  Lisa holds many training certifications including the BrainStylesÒ and DiSCÒ Personality Profile.
